By using this website you agree to these Terms of Use. First Due Home Watch & Concierge is an independent, privately owned business based in Wellington, Florida. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Palm Beach County Fire Rescue or any government agency.

Website information

Content on this website, including service descriptions and starting prices, is for general information only. Published prices are starting rates for typical residential properties and are subject to property assessment. Home watch pricing is based on property size and visit frequency (two or four scheduled visits per billing month, or Weekly Home Watch with 52 scheduled visits annually billed in 12 equal monthly installments); property size is based on the total area requiring observation, including the residence, attached garage, covered lanai and any additional structures included in the service agreement. Concierge services are priced separately. The initial consultation and personalized service quote are always complimentary. A one-time $99 property setup fee applies to new recurring home watch clients enrolling month-to-month and is waived with an initial three-month commitment. If a client with a three-month commitment cancels before completing the initial term, the previously waived $99 setup fee becomes payable, with no additional early cancellation penalty and no charge for future visits that are not performed; the client remains responsible for completed services and any separately authorized charges. Recurring service may be canceled with 30 days' written notice (after the initial term for three-month commitments). Detailed payment and early termination provisions are included in the signed Home Watch Service Agreement. All services require a written service agreement, and any additional fees are disclosed before services are performed.

Nature of services

Home watch visits consist of scheduled visual observations of accessible areas. They are not licensed home inspections, equipment servicing, continuous monitoring or emergency response services. They are also not security patrols, alarm monitoring, property management or licensed repair services. Home watch cannot prevent or identify every possible problem, and we do not guarantee that all issues will be discovered.

First Due does not guarantee immediate emergency response, 24-hour staffing, storm access or licensed repair services.

Submitting an inquiry

Submitting a consultation request does not create a service agreement. Please do not send sensitive access information through this website.
